Bill is involved in the development and maintenance of training courses for the organisation, as well as providing specialised programs for clients. Bill has over 20 years experience in training and development, both in the Human Resource and IT fields. He holds a BA in Psychology and has MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist) and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Vendor Certifications. Bill has extensive experience with the training of desktop applications and technical training, as well as providing consulting services to many clients in the corporate and government sector throughout Australasia.




Crystal Chaplin

Training Support Specialist

Cert. III Business Administration
Crystal is our Training Support specialist and is responsible for managing all bookings on our public schedule, administrative support for our Nationally Accredited division, organising our Regional training program and a number of general administrative duties to assist the team. Crystal has a strong customer service focus, receiving lots of positive feedback from our clients about her manner and the assistance she provides. Her bubbly personality and dedication to providing the most productive learning environment for our students makes her a critical part of our team. Crystal, also enjoys reading novels, travelling when she can and catching up on her favourite TV shows.

Roger Davis

Roger Davis
General Manager

Roger is a shareholder of ATI-Mirage, and is involved in the planning and implementation of the company's operations and growth strategies. Roger is a Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, and holds the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
Roger has over 30 years experience in the Australian IT industry in areas as diverse as software development, hardware distribution, vertical market product development and training as well as Asia/Pacific sales management. 




Billy Howarth

Billy Howarth
Senior Consultant IT

Cert. IV in TAE, Grad. Dip. Ed. Higher National Diploma (HND) in computers, and a Professional Certificate in Management Studies.
Billy is an experienced IT Trainer, having worked over 10 years in the Education and Training sector, delivering a wide range of Computing and Information Technology courses from Certificate II to Diploma level. Billy's working experience includes working as an IT Lecturer/Training Consultant, and as an IT assessor for the apprentice program.




John London

John London
Managing Director

John has over 40 years experience in the IT industry; the last 30 years of which have been in training and development. John is responsible for sales and marketing at ATI-Mirage and the forward planning of the company's efforts.






Stephanie London


Stephanie London
Office Manager

Stephanie is our Office Manager with an active interest in our  Wellness training. Having owned and operated a successful customer focused wellness business for nearly 20 years, and with a genuine passion for people and their community spirit, she combines strong organisational skills with diverse life-skills.
She brings this wide range of experience and skills to ATI-Mirage where she undertakes many administrative tasks, management  of the front office team and various business projects.


Ross Sampson
Manager Operations

BA(Hons), PGCertEd, MSc (Training), CAHRI, AFAIM
Ross has a wealth of experience in managing training, HR and organisational development, in both large organisations and professional services providers. He has worked across multiple sectors, including utilities and infrastructure, financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing and consulting. Ross is a highly capable facilitator and coach, accredited in the Human Synergistics, Hogan Assessments and DiSC instruments. His consulting expertise covers organisational design, development and culture, leadership development, business improvement, strategy and change.




Meeka Seivers
Training & Administration Assistant

Meeka is our Training Administration Assistant who supports the Admin team and is responsible for organising training materials, catering and room set ups, ensuring our clients enjoy the best training experience at ATI-Mirage.

Priscilla is part of our Business Development team. She has more than 20 years of business, project management and account management experience in the logistics, education, hospitality and mining sectors both in Australia and Singapore. Priscilla loves getting to know people from all walks of life and enjoys working in a people-oriented role.

Antonio Varnakulasingham

Antonio is part of our Business Development team. He comes from an extensive sales & business development background of over 15 years. Initial years were spent with American Express International in Corporate Credit Management to Training Consultancy for the Asia Pacific Region. More recently with JohnsonDiversey (now Sealed Air Corporation) as State Sales Manager WA/SA/NT  & National Business Development Manager at Kleenit Group of Companies. Antonio is passionate about learning & development and endeavours to constantly expand his skill set.



Wendy Wilson

Wendy has a passion to make a real difference for people and organisations having worked with executives, franchise owners, leaders, and teams from both public and private sectors, VET and OHE students spanning retail, government, finance sectors. Wendy has been utilising accelerated learning principles and techniques for over 25 years in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Wendy also utilises NLP techniques for behaviour transformation.





Steve Atherton

Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Bachelor of Science  (Computer Science), IBM Certified Instructor (Lotus Notes and Domino Administration and Development).
Steve commenced his career as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy where he kick-started his career in Project Management. He later started his training & development journey as a technical trainer and software engineer in Canberra and eventually became manager of the Software Engineering Division. After winding down his own Software Development & Training Company, delivering bespoke software projects for Local and Federal Government clients, Steve now focuses on delivering Computer Software and Professional Development training to a wide variety of clients. Steve offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is passionate about helping people to work smarter and reach their goals sooner.


David Hanvey

David started his career as a trainer in the Australian Army in the 1980s and continued to enhance his skills by completing a nationally recognised training qualification while serving as an officer of the Australian Customs Service. He has spent several years training and assessing for Registered Training Organisations, commencing in 2002, and also presents a wide range of non-accredited courses. David is a versatile trainer who facilitates training in the fields of professional development, IT applications and wellness. His drive, enthusiasm and vast experience collected over several decades allow David to create an inspiring learning environment to best meet his participants’ needs.



Charlene Nichols

Charlene has 12 years experience in people management as well as approx 10 years experience in training and organisational development. Charlene has a wealth of experience in learning and development, having started in this field as a training consultant and having developed and delivered a wide range of training from legislation, to sales and service, to leadership and behavioural change programs.

Charlene then moved into Human Resources and more specifically Organisational Development specialising in Leadership Development. Now working as a consultant, Charlene continues to work with leaders and team members in the areas that have always been her passion.  These areas include leadership, team, and personal development especially through the use of psychometric tools.

Deanna specialises in using emotional intelligence, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), life coaching and personality profiling (MBTI) to effect positive behavioural change.  She is passionate about adult learning and making an impact.  She has a background in leadership and business and has run and set up her own businesses.  She has spent the past 15 years in adult learning, in the Higher Education and VET sectors.  She has run leadership and business programs across academic and as well as corporate settings, working with individuals, small teams and organisations to effect positive change.
