Managing Contracting Risk

• Identification and mitigation of key contract issues 
• Risk in the procurement (including tendering) and contract management phases

Putting it all together

• Costing variations 
• Identify key commercial contract risks in their area 
• Assess their contract risks
• Create an action plan to mitigate the risks.

This course requires participants to be working with contracts as part of their role.
