• Recognising influence/persuasion techniques vs logic

Step 3: Decision making

• Sole decision-making vs collaborative decision making
• Risks and outcomes
• Weighted decision making
• Values aligned decision making

Putting it all together

• Action planning

• Make better decisions through critical thinking
• Recognise and remove barriers to clear thinking
• Identify bias and assumptions in your decision making
• Identify risks and outcomes
• Demonstrate analytical decision-making techniques
