In this half day course you will hands-on dive into developing a range of Microsoft’s Forms, as well as capture essential feedback. Learn how quizzes can be used to automatically mark and measure staff’s knowledge, with the ability to post individual’s feedback. Develop an insight into how Forms can be sued within Microsoft Teams to collect team information.

Introduction to Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) | This course is designed to give participants an overview of the main features of Power Automate and introduce them to creating workflows. This course covers using templates to connect to a number of Online Services such as Outlook, Excel and SharePoint to automate common business processes.

On completion of the course, participants will have the skills to produce a range of forms and gain a good understanding of using Forms within other Microsoft 365 apps, such as Microsoft Teams.

Participants must be familiar with the Windows environment; Office business applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word; and using a Web Browser such as Internet Explorer, Edge, or Chrome
