Software Notes: This course is applicable to the desktop version of Outlook 2016/2019 and the desktop application version of Outlook 365. This course does not cover the browser-based version of Microsoft Outlook.
On completion of the course, participants will be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook not only as an email tool but also as a personal organiser, greatly enhancing productivity and communication.
Participants must be familiar with computers and the Windows environment.
