• Calculating with numbers and currency
• Display anniversary dates in a view and on the home page

Using Emojis in Lists and Libraries

• Use emojis to make folders more recognisable
• Use emojis to create a traffic light column for task lists
  

Working with Views

• Using the Board view
• Editing cards in Tile view
• Showing current work for logged on user
• Using conditional formatting to band rows

Document Sets

• Exploring the power of Document Sets as an alternative to folders

On completion of this course, participants will have a good understanding of:

• How to work with calculated columns in lists
• How to customise and modify views
• How to use document sets
• How to use emojis in SharePoint lists and libraries

Attendance at SharePoint Online End User or SharePoint Online Site Owner course or equivalent experience working with lists and libraries.
