PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Training Course

The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation level training course requires 3 days. To achieve a Practitioner certification, an additional 3 days of training is required.

• Overview of agile ways of working, terms, concepts and techniques
• Blending agile with PRINCE2®, what to fix and what to flex
• Overview of PRINCE2 Agile® behaviours, roles, focus areas
• PRINCE2 Agile® guidance for tailoring the principles, themes and processes
• Preparation for Foundation exam

• Understand the agile ways of working, key terms and techniques
• Understand the focus areas in an agile context

You must have a moderate knowledge of the PRINCE2® Foundation and/or PRINCE2® Practitioner course prior to commencing this course. Please note that this is an intensive learning course and you will need to review and consolidate what you have learned in class, in your own time, in order to be well prepared to pass the online exam. You will not receive certification if you do not pass the exam.
